Benue ACReSAL convened its monthly coordination meeting with the three Focal NGOs (FONGOs) covering the state’s three senatorial zones, reinforcing its commitment to inclusive and results-driven project implementation. The meeting, held at the Project’s conference hall, brought together the State Project Management Unit (SPMU) and FONGO teams to review progress and strengthen collaboration.

The session provided an opportunity for each FONGO to present activities carried out in the previous month, share field experiences, and identify challenges and solutions to enhance delivery. Such meetings are critical to ensuring accountability, improving coordination, promoting knowledge sharing, and aligning grassroots activities with the Project Development Objective.

The meeting was led by the State Project Coordinator (SPC), Bldr. Victor Ama, who urged both the SPMU and the FONGOs to expedite actions on ongoing activities to accelerate results across the state. He emphasized teamwork, timely reporting, and strategic execution as essential drivers of impact.

Present at the meeting were Good Health Living Environmental Foundation (GOHLEF) for Zone A, led by Mr. Victor Asobo; Community Links and Human Empowerment Initiative for Zone B, led by Dr. Helen Teghtegh; and Environment and Climate Change Amelioration Initiative (ECCAI) for Zone C, led by Mrs. Victoria Esa, alongside their respective staff.
The engagement reaffirmed Benue ACReSAL’s dedication to strong partnerships, effective supervision, and coordinated action to achieve sustainable environmental and livelihood outcomes across the state.
